Mapping national institutions, Analysis of legal and policy frameworks, developing data reporting tools
Under the Centre for Preventing and Countering Education Fraud (PCEF), a series of consultancies has been launched to strengthen understanding of, and responses to, education fraud. These forthcoming initiatives include:
- A systematic mapping of national institutions involved in preventing and responding to education fraud;
- A comprehensive analysis of legal and policy frameworks addressing education fraud at both national and international levels; and
- The development of data reporting methodologies and tools for effective collection and monitoring of education fraud data.
These efforts form part of PCEF’s commitment to supporting member states in implementing harmonised practices, in line with the Council of Europe Recommendation on countering education fraud (CM/Rec(2022)18).
